【锆英砂产品介绍】:

     锆英砂亦称锆砂、锆英石，是一种以锆的硅酸盐(zrsio4)为主要组成的矿物。是优质的耐火材料。经水选、电选、磁选等选矿工艺分选后而得到。锆英砂是制取锆、铪及多种锆制品的主要原料，具有熔点高、热导率低、线膨胀系数小等特点，广泛用于冶金、铸造等行业。

【锆英砂的特点】:

    1、热膨胀系数小，性能可与锆英砂媲美，用其配制型砂，铸件不会产生膨胀缺陷;
    2、砂粒为球形，流动性好，易舂实，且透气性好;
    3、表面光滑，结构致密，使得粘结剂能均匀覆盖;
    4、宝珠砂属中性材料，酸、碱粘结剂均可使用;  
    5、回用再生性能好，; 
    6、耐火度高，易溃散; 
    7、热导率大，稳定性好，不龟裂;

【锆英砂用途】：

     锆英砂极耐高温，其熔点达2750。并耐酸腐蚀。用于铸造工业、陶瓷、玻璃工业以及制造耐火材料。少量的用于铁合金、医药、油漆、制革、磨料、化工及核工业，极少量的用于冶炼金属锆。

     锆英石用于耐火材料（称锆质耐火材料，如锆刚玉砖，锆质耐火纤维），铸造行业铸型用砂（精密铸件型砂），精密搪瓷器具，此外也用于玻璃、金属（海绵锆）以及锆化合物（二氧化锆、氯氧化锆、锆酸钠、氟锆酸钾、硫酸锆等）的生产中。适于消失模、履膜砂、水玻璃砂、树脂砂、精密铸造及铜、铝件的抛光清理。可制作玻璃窑的锆英石砖，盛钢桶用锆英石砖、捣打料和浇注料；添加到其它材料中可改善其性能，如合成堇青石中添加锆英砂，可拓宽堇青石的烧结范围，而又不影响其热震稳定性；在高铝砖中添加锆英砂，制造抗剥落高铝砖，热震稳定性大大提高；还可用于提取zro2。锆英砂可做铸造用优质原砂，锆英砂粉是铸造用涂料主要成分。

     zro2含量65～66%的锆英石砂因其耐熔性(熔点2500℃以上)而直接用作铸造厂铁金属的铸型材料。锆英石砂具有较低的热膨胀性、较高的导热性，而且较其他普通耐熔材料有较强的化学稳定性，因此优质锆英石和其他各种粘合剂一起有良好的粘结性而用于铸造业。锆英石砂也用作玻璃窑的砖块，而锆英石砂和锆英石粉与其他耐熔材料混合还有其他用途。
